We are still in the Canadian Rockies but now we are on beautiful Lake Louise.  Looking out of our room we had the most beautiful, postcard perfect view of all of Lake Louise with the mountains and glaciers off in the distance.

One morning Steve and I and our friends of more than 40 years treated ourselves to canoeing in this 60-year old, recently restored wooden red canoe.  I cannot tell you how much fun we had with our guide skimming across this beautiful turquoise water.  Here is a photo taken by our guide from another canoe of the four of us trying to look like we do this all the time!

See what I mean about the turquoise water?  It really is this color!  Wonderful memories!
